Just saw that. I couldn't believe how he acted. There was no reason for that.

Those kentucky boys are doing pretty well.

I didn't say it was wrong I just wanted to get your alls feeling on it. To me BASS may not have a rule on it but if you do something illeagal then that is unsportsman like, and that is in BASS rules.

I believe if you will check you will find that BASS rules state that all state and federal laws must be obeyed. If you break a state law you have automatically broken a tournament rule.....

i'm not an Ike fan and i agree that he has helped bring young and new fans to our sport but, dead fish or not, he broke off his safty equipment in anger, some role model, he needs to be DQed. maybe the cameras will be rolling when he break dances one day and hangs himself on half dozen treble hooks that will be a hoot.

He won't loose any sponsers. It will put him out there more than ever now. I don't think his sponsers will mind a bit.

I was going to save the Gulp commercial for another thread. WOW! It could have at least been funny or something. I don't know to many other fisherman out there who care to see a naked fisherman selling fishing bait.

He even said he didn't think he did anything wrong. How could he not know that was unsportsman like.

What do you guys think about culling dead fish? I figured he would have been penalized for that.

    RE: IKE gets a DQ

I haven't said much about the ESPN handling of fishing but I could not have been more disappointed in tonights coverage. All they focused on were "their boys". They didn't even show the weigh-ins of Clausen, Clark, and Evers. Three of the largest one day totals ever. I thought this was supposed to be about fishing and the fisherman catching the fish. Not the boys they want us to see.
