wax launch fee?

I'm hearing theres a $3 fee now to launch and your corp sticker is not any good. Does anybody know this to be true?

I know there is a $3.00 fee, not sure about the Corp sticker thing.

Not true, Corp Pass is good on all ramps but Brier creek on Nolin!

Rowdy, have you been lately? My buddy went last week and said he had to pay the $3 even though he had his sticker. Whoever owns the dock is taking care of the grounds and they are charging to pay for that. Trying to find out for sure!

No,if he has a state park sticker, it will not work, a corp pass'you hang on your mirror is good, or put $3 in the little shed on the left of the parking lot, not to the dock!I would call the corp office if he tried to collect at the dock!

He can keep you off the dock or runway ,

For what it is worth there are signs at both Wax & Moutadier ramps stating something to the effect that State Park passes are not valid at these ramps. Both signs appear to be homemade on white plywood with black letters, nothing official looking in my opinion.

There is a fee box at the top of the ramp, i believe it was Ky Fish and Wildlife or corp of engineers. We didn't even go into the marina, never had to pay them a fee.

I called the corp at the dam and it is not true so if somebody ask you for $3 put it in the box unless you have a permit.
