LAST EDITED ON Feb-28-06 AT 06:17PM (EST)[p]Hey Tracker, when does the green bite really start???? I've been itching to go, I'd like to get on anything..white's, crappie, LM's.
As for the Bandits I have a box full, love those things. I had really good luck with a chart/black back 200 series last april on lake liberty.

Depends...for smallies I'll throw a 200 or 300 in red craw.
If I'm after LM then any other color will work:)

That's funny right there, jrbass! I like 300 in red. Most of the time (April - September) I'll throw a powder blue color with black bars on it. They're hard to find though.

Depends alot on the clarity of the water, but you cant beat a craw color in early spring. Also, the crawfish have that pale green puke color to them in early spring so I like to try and match that, like a watermelon or something. But if the water is muddy, chartreuse with blue black. Yulp there's some.
