a buddy of mine went weekend before last and caught 4, biggest about 17" all where on jigs. He said the water temp was 48. I'm think about hitting it myself this weekend.

    RE: cedar creek

I'm on it all day tomorrow. I'll post tomorrow night when I get home... I hope to find warmer water coming into the creeks and some active fish. Cranks and jigs should be on the menu!

We did quite well at CC last year in March. We had one over 20" and several in the 15"-18" range. I fully expect to hear of several 6-8 pounders come out of CC this year. I hope a few of them are on the end of my line tomorrow!

good drive from E-Town. Look at ya map and find Stanford Ky and Cedar is about 3 to 5 miles east of Stanford on HWY 150. Your best shot would be come up Bluegrass Pwky to hwy 150 and take that to Danvilee and straight thru to Stanford and straight on out to Cedar Lake.

We fished yesterday from 7:30AM - 5:30 or so. The morning bite was better than the afternoon. We caught fish on jigs and cranks. The water temp was 47-52. We caught fish from 4' of water to 16'.
