I haven't found a color that they won't hit but crawfish type colors seem fo do best. Many people rig them weedless but I've found you miss alot of fish and fish mine with a regular jig head unless I'm just targeting tree tops. I have good luck with grubs also in the spring and summer. Also a fluke weedless with out weight or on a jig head hopped off the bottom. Come to think of it if its plastic they will hit it on Cumberland no matter what color. I've even seen colors like bubble gum and neon red work. So the answer is YES they will hit a tube.
