OK guys, you've got me convinced, I'm ready to go. E-mail me ([email protected]) & we'll get more serious about a fishin trip. I always enjoy meeting new people and fishing new places.

Fishingjunkie, from watching posts on this site from people who go out with Onemorecast, almost all are very impressed with his spots. Last year a buddy and me at the falls caught whites in the jumps litterally every cast for over two hours. Now they were'nt very big but it was still alot of fun. Mix in a hybrid or two and a couple of big whites and hey that's fun stuff.
Man, I'll get try to get with you sometime and go out. I think we're gonna go friday to herrington to try for hybrids. It's probably still a little early, but I'll let you know how we do.
I caught one about 4lbs on Barren the other day. Talk about yummy!!!!!
That's another place I need to get on. Some of my friends fish it alot (but not for hybrid). Let us know how you do. Hope you catch a boatful!!!
I wasn't fishing for them but I was fishing a wind blown main lake bank for lm using a orange crawfish #7 shadrap and caught 4 but they were mostly small. Talk about a fighting fish! I had one hit a rattle trap last year while I was bass fishing and it nearly pulled me in! It was 5lbs. I don't see how you could land one any bigger! Maybe I should give up on the lm and start fishing for hybrids! lol!!
If you've never tried it, one "good" trip WILL get you hooked. It did me. I've converted 4 or 5 die hard LM fisherman now.LOL!!
Wait until you hook one 2-3 times that size, or a good one in current!! If they grew as big as stripers, I would probably stop striper fishing (lol!). Best fun is if you can get them hitting topwater stuff. They'll destroy a popper, spook, or slow waked swimmer in spring.

Yeah man, they're a blast to catch. We usually use live shad and anchor up on some of the mud flats. My biggest out of there is 13#, but my buddy caught one 18. I'll keep ya'll updated.
I am glad the river is up high as heck now cause I have a leak,I have patched this with duraglass several times but I guess its wearing off .
I went to Deams Lake today and before I knew I was standing in a puddle of water ...LMAO,had to walke to the back and run the bilge pump ,made it home ok got 2 black crappie and 1 big redear
