Think it was 1993 ky lake BASS KY INVTIONAL in APRIL about the 6 th or 7th Rick Clunn had one day 32 lbs and change thats a 6 fish limit back then ALL SMALLMOUTHS

Several years ago in the old KTC circuit Steve Moser amd Walter Owens had a 30.5lb limit. Don't remember what second weighed but it was only a few ounces over our 3rd place bag of 12lbs. What a whuppin they gave the rest of us. Of course when you fish against people like Steve&Walter, Gary&David, or the Stinsons, you must expect an occasional whuppin.

Had an 18lb bag at Barren several years ago and finished 13th. One and two(Stinson & Beachamp, Long had over 25 lbs)

May 18, 2002. My buddy, Steve, called me to see if I wanted to fish a small lake in Central Ky on the 19th. My wife and I had plans to leave for vacation the next day so I declined. When I returned from vacation I learned that he had caught 63 that day by himself. His biggest 5 went just over 28 pounds. He said he had 2 that sawed him off that would have put him over the 30 pound mark. All LM on spinnerbait and fluke.
