Alright, I have a 91 Javelin and when I turn the key over (not engaging the motor) I get a loud single tone alarm. It supposedly means I have a fuel restriction, but the boat runs fine. I have checked all the fule line to make sure there is no kinks in it, everything looks great. Well this piercing beeping noise is becoming quite annoying. I think it is a loose wire or short somewhere. I got up under the console last night and messed around with it (not an electrical engineer by any means). Could not find anything loose or out of place. Now when I had the boat running a couple weekends ago, while I was hitting about 4000 rpm's I tried jiggling around some wires. Ah the noise stopped, oh but then it started back up the next time I turned her over. Any clue on what I can do, I am about to rip the alarm tone thing out, I tell you that much. The book has nothing on it, looked on the internet, nothing. Should I just get some ear plugs or what?
