No, those aren't Dogwoods ... the white & pink flowered trees that are blooming now. Dogwoods have a bigger flower petal than those trees do. They (Dogwoods) don't usually start blooming until late April to early May ... depending on the ground temps. Ground temps are usually a low average of the high & low air temps of the period. Right now, those averages would be in the high 40's ... but, give us a week of 70deg highs & 50deg night time lows, and some warm day rains -- and things will start blooming big time (including fishing !!) ...........cp
