38 in 3 days with that kind of size is more than special. You might want to memorialize that trip in a shadow box or something.

RE: The BIG BASSMAN pig show!!!

I could tell you might be the kind of guy, with a good sense of humor, who would laugh at that post. Without being cocky, I can relate to not taking pictures of smaller fish. I have so many pictures of me and my buddies holding 4-6 pound LM. We try to stick to 5+ for a photo anymore.

I have learned so much about Dale and its potential on this site. I have got to get there more often.

RE: March 17-19 Weekend Pig show

I added all my trips from Jan06-Mar06 to the web. You guys got to hit it right now! This is your chance to catch a monster....the fish are about 1-1.5 lbs heavier than normal right now.

RE: March 17-19 Weekend Pig show

"I threw so many different jerkbaits and weighted crankbaits. I spoke with KVD once about fishing FNF and he said he'd just trick out a jerkbait to do the same thing. When KVD speaks people should listen by now...he's the Tiger Woods of bass fishing. "

He told me the same thing at the Lexington Boat Show when I had my picture taken with him....

I just went to your website and realized that the photo of Brent you have on it is right where we caught fish about that same size....a few small bucks on the little cut heading back Holly just around the corner from the canal cut through.

Dale has really spoiled me to the point where I don't want a picture taken with something under 5. So dude put some pigs up there....I'll even send you a few if you like.

I don't need your help. But thanks for the offer.

    Seriously,

I did talk to VanDam about the fly at the boat show and he did tell me he'd rather throw a jerkbait. I talked to him right after I got done talking to Dave Stewart on my way out. I even had a fly box on hand to show him some of them and he even signed it. I even gave Dave a handful of flies with a doctored bobber.

    I don't lie!

As far as THE CREEK BANK, we put any photo up. We don't care who catches the biggest or the most. It's about seeing a smiling face holding a brown fish. Folks having a good time doing what they love best. I'll be more than glad to post your pic's on the F-n-F board. But if you go there you'll see some 5's on the forum. I've actually got a picture of the 7.4 from Cland I haven't been able to out up yet.

This Flu-Bug is wearing me out....

Oh, I do play a mean game of chess.....

Don't sweat it Brent. Things work themselves out eventually.

Billy...I apologize man...I really thought you were just jack'n with me. KVD came to Lexington?....He's a closet UK fan isn't he....sweet! Ashley probably keeps calling him....she's bugg'n the heck out me too ;^)

Wait a minute...7.4 SMALLIE...from Cland? You definitely don't need any help, soup or whatever from me. Dude...I officially proclaim you THE MAN or the Yoda of the FNF 8^)

    KVD~
I went to a Bassu event a couple years ago that he spoke at...I asked him during Q&A. He doesn't care about the FNF....he could catch fish in my toilet....so could you it sounds like.

I'm not an abnoxious know it all jerk all the time.....give me a second chance man.

    Have a great weekend!

It seems with all the "hoopla" over the F-n-F that the Cland fisherman have really stepped up and started catching some good ones on the fly. With the 18" limit the t-fisherman have been loading up.

I had some buddies go to Laurel today and they're supposed to call me when they get done. I may go in there and call them..

    No problem on my end....

Did I mention that this flu-bug#####! I've been stuck in this house for the 3'rd day in a row. I finally went out into the garage and tied a couple of F-n-F jigs to try and feel better. Didn;t work..LOL!!!Chest still hurts and I feel like I could cough up a bucket of drywall...

I would like to send my condolences out to all the Duke fans. The 5-man Stinky Finger Prostate massage play Coach K called with Big Baby Davis on the line with 50 seconds to go back-fired and he got the rebound. Sent poor JJ home whining....

    Did I mention the flu-bug#####!

Hope you get better soon. Tying your own FNF....now we're talk'n....I've got a guy who does that for me custom....I bet I've spent $300 with him this winter for me and my buddies. Probably a key element in our FNF success.
