    Thanks Dave....

    Thanks Dave, you have mail.

I just want to say how much I appreciate all the help I'm getting on this. I visit other boards, not fishing in nature, and it is all fighting and back stabbing. I think this speaks to the character of fishermen.

Also I think this proves that if we get the get together thing to happen, we have a great opportunity to help one another by having some baits out for swapping around!!

    Thanks again,

    Danny

no i traded almost all of them to a friend for a bunch of norman's. he gave them to his dad but i could ask if he might still have the one your looking for because i too know how it is to lose a confidence bait and not be able to get any more.

I'm looking for the bomber fatA 4f in the baby threadfin shad pattern.

    RE: Tracy....

    Hey Tracy,

I only have a couple, or so, bombers. Most of them were TN shad colored. I'm not familiar with the 4f designations, but if we were to ever meet at the lake, I'll let you take a look. I have some red bombers that I love for muddy water.

Please don't bother your friend. It is not nearly that important, and besides, it would make you look like a "Native American" giver. Politically correct and all in calling you names. LOL Thanks though.

Man, what a great site, the way everyone wants to help.

If we ever get the get together thing working, wouldn't it be great to have a little swapping going on?? Lures... not significant others.

    RE: bad lures

I can't believe nobody has mentioned the Snake looking topwater baits that Doug Hannon used to endorse back in the 80s.

    Thanks Buzzman...

Unfortunately, they are not the same as the older modles. Plus the color I am looking for is no longer available. I've checked the manufacturers website. They have a similar color, just not the same.

    Thanks a bunch.

I have a couple of those Fat Free shads around here somewhere. Don't know what colors, but if you are interested, shoot me an email with your address and they are yours.

    Andrew..

Thanks, will do... but only if you let me pay you for them and for the postage.

I love the deep divers... I think they were touted as going 16 feet of something. I could not believe how effective those are. I have some of the more expensive cranks, and I have yet to catch as nice fish on the more expensive ones.

Also, if there are any particuler lures you may be interested in that I have, I'll certainly offer up a trade. Kind fo hard without seeing the lures.... but we can try. I have a bunch of Terminator lures. Somehow I got in with one of the clerks at Terminator, and they offered me a bunch of closeouts. I remember now, I asked them to sponsor me... so I got an offer on closeouts... LOL

I've got some great inline spinners. I did not know Terminator even made inline spinners. I haven't yet fished them, but they are around here somewhere. I did give a few to some friends.. I bought way toooooooooooooooo many... LMAO

I have started your board and set you up as administrator. Its yours to run.. change the rules on and to work on. Let me know if you need help. I made an initial post.. and I set you up as an admin on that board alone.

You make the post on the boards announcing it.. Its your baby.

    Scaley....

Let me make sure Andrew or someone who is helpin me out with the fat free shad don't want them first.

Then let's see what I have. Are you interested in the inline spinners or the regular spinnerbaits? I don't even remember what I have left, like I said, I gave a lot of it away last year. I'll see if I can find them.

Email me at [email protected] to make sure I don't forget, and I'll let you know.

    Thanks!!

    Christmas in March!!!

OK, I went out to the garage to look on the boat for my terminator baits I have mentioned. Too darn cold to stay out there for a long time, even though it is a closed garage, cold... brrrrrrr....

But what made it like Christmas, I began looking at all the bags of "unorganized" tackle in my boat... WOW... how cool. Many of them were like buying htem for the first time again...LOL.. and I did not get to all the bags.

We have got to have a swap at the get together.

How many of us have that much tackle just sitting in our boats?? Just me?? I hope not.
