    RE: Idols in bass fishing

LMAO>.. I'm sorry, were you serious?? Maybe when he was fishing, but not with his new production company. they are the ones that produced the clip of skeet making fun of ... how'd he put it... "'tards" yeah... that was it. I wrote and complained. Thanks to BASS, the shot was re-edited and that was omitted. JM Associates, and Jerry McKinnis in particular, refused to even answer my email. Also, I've found a fishing board where a bunch of his employees were posting. Amazingly, they ignored any hard questions about their shows, and only trashed the posters that disagreed with them. They all soon disappeared. Now I suppose the three or four of them may not have worked for JM, but it was their board, so I am sure their moderator could have removed their posts if they did not work there.

Now I will give props to Jerry for this, he was and probably is still a very good pure angler. I like the shows he does now showing his really old stuff. Also, he has proven what a great innovator he is in the coverage of the sport... I loved the three D maps he used to use.. miss those now, but I love the new fish tracking technology.

so, guess I'm not laughing quite as hard now as I was. Guess I'm still upset at how his people allowed the differently abled to be made fun of.

Ike, Skeet, Swindle....NOT! Even though they're awesome fisherman, I don't much care for that new "attitude". It's flat out annoying. I'll take Denny Brauer, Hank Parker or David Fritz over them any day!

    HANK PARKER

I like Hank Parker. He's funny, always has time for his kids and grandkids on his show. And a very good fisherman.I have met him he's a class act. He has been very good for our sport.
