Fished Nolin on Sunday Caught a few c-rigging, texas rigging on points. Nothing real big though. I think after the real cold spell, they are headed back shallow.

I will not be going to nolin until April 22, so it will give the water some time to warm up a bit. U of L Bass Club is having a fundraiser Tournament there.

I fished there Sunday as well. We caught a lot of fish, but the big ones were hard to come by.
Temps were mid to high 50's on the main lake, and as high as 62 in the backs of creeks and coves.
All of the fish we caught were no deeper than 5 feet. We caught about 30 bass, but the biggest one was about 14 inches. I think it was all males coming up to start making nests. Most everyone I talked to was having similar luck. A lot of smaller ones, but very few bigger ones. It made for a fun day though.
Yeah, it won't be long now, and the sows will start to move in. The best part of Sunday was I talked my wife into going with me and she ended up catching 3, one of which was the biggest of the day about 2#. I was lovin it. Taking her and the 7 yr. old to Ky lake Friday so if anyone has any helpful hints for bass, crappie, and gills. Please let me know.
