I read this and when I stopped laughing, I can tell you this. The great senator Hal Rodgers come up with the debris barge plucker and it's been sitting ever since. It has been decided that it is waaaaay to expensive to man and operate and therefore there are no plans for it to come from it's mooring present resting spot. I fish Cumberland alot and if it's one thing I know if you fish it early in the year or during high water times get use to the log jams because they ARE ALWAYS GONNA BE THERE. I was out from Jamestown last Thursday morning and it was nothing but floating logs and trash and the further up lake you went the worse it got. Sorry ole buddy get use to it and be careful.
