Cumberland walleye limit ?

I saw where the limit is now six, but with the same size limit 15 inches. My question is how will that help the fishery? rare is the day when you can actually catch 10 fish at 15 inches to get that limit, The pros from the PWT could not do it when they were here so how does that help? A 20 inch size limit with six fish would seem more reasonable and that could be done VERY rarely with perfect conditions, and the walleye would prosper.A 15 incher is really not worth cleaning if you are meat fishing.

The walleye are already doing quite well in Cumberland. The last couple times out there were walleye all over the places I fished. The numbers are there.
