Ima Hickman...stop it you're killing me.

Well might as well name'em Bocephus lol. Ima Hickman, Greg you kill me.
I think I will go ahead and check off Gilbert, Skip, Flip...I can just see her face if I said those three. haha
I like Ranger better than Forest.
Blade sounds like a cool name, and intimidating too.
If it is a girl, skirt would work.
Or you could go with the knot theory,
Palomar
Trilene
Cinch
blood
Uni as in Uniknot
Snell (then folks would think about that old football coach at the UL)
And the way I heard the Indian story, the kid was named Broken Rubber... LMAO
Or you could go with a name like a hook:
Kale???
What about reels?
Levelwind? I know... kind of poor job there. LOL
How about Rod?
There are a lot of choices... you have your work cut out for you.
Danny
My son's name is Hunter and last year he caught a 7lb 11oz bass at Guntersville when he was 7 and this year a 4lber there so I have been calling him Gunter.
How about "Roland?" Oh, son, what a name! Well, maybe not Roland!
Seriously, lots of the bass pros have fine names and your wife wouldn't even have to know he's named after a fishing professional. Kevin, Gary, Greg, Gerald, Mike, Joe, Larry, Rick, Skeet, etc.
She'd probably never realize the name was connected to fishing. It could be your little secret. :)
Fisher McFly
what about
Evin (short for Evinrude)
Merc,Johnson,Daiwa
I like Ima Hickman, that is great!
how about skeeter or bob as in bobber,or berkley.
smuckey41
not a fishing name, but i really like the name 'Anderson' for a girl, calling her 'Andi' for short. Andi Hickman has a nice ring to it, don't it?
Cotton Cordell
Well I think we may have a winner...Ethan Fisher
Now I might be reposting if we find out it is a girl.
Either way, he/she will definately be my little fishin' partner!
