Have not seen the ramp but the lake is at 719 and 723 is summer pool so it shouldn't be a problem unless they have started dam repairs which I don't think they have.

Can you still launch a boat at the ramp adjacent to the Dam at Cumberland Lake? Heard the lake is low and didn't know if the ramp was still deep enough to launch a boat from without damaging your trailer/boat. Thanks!

Launch away- water nearly to the treeline!
The ramp at the dam (Halcomns Landing ) always has usable water. Over the winter Cumberland was the lowerst that I have ever seen it and the ramp at the dam still had two lanes left. When the lake is down about 20-30 feet you need to stay on the lane next to the dam the lanes toward the main lake dont go down as far as the lane next to the dam. Right now Cumberland is close to summer pool so you can unload anywhere. I remember one time about 7-8 years ago the water was so high at the dam that you had to turn around on 127 back down the road to lanuch and when your boat went through the parking lot you had to trim up your motor so you would not hit the guard rials in the parking lot.
Good luck on your Cumberland trip.
