    Thank You Danny

Thanks Danny, I really had a great time fishing with you today. The fact that we both caught an equal amount and the same size of fish just made it all that much better--NO ONE GETS BRAGGEN RIGHTS!! I'll fish with you any time you want.
    Thanks again,

    Grumpy

    RE: Thank You Danny

You're certainly welcome Grumpy. I'm just sorry I failed to get the really big ones to bite for you...LOL

It was a very fun day, and the lake is as pretty as I've ever seen it this year. Of course like I said, this used to be my businest time of the year, and I never really got to fish much in the spring, and it's been great. Especially with the great people I've met here on the board who've fished with me.

We'll get back out and stretch some lines anytime you want... just let me know.

You're in trouble next time now...LOL

Well Grumpy, you have had it now.

Remember those two great big 8 lbers I broke off? Remember how we discussed maybe it was that the line was old?

Well I found the spool... it was thirty lb strength with 8 lb diameter. And thanks to seeing the Hank Parker show where he showed how to tie a double uni-knot, I was able to strip off have the old/old line and add the rest of the new/old line.

Yes the line is still 2 years old, but it has been on the spool, in the house, out of the sun and heat, also it has been kept warm in the winter.

So next time I'll put those extra 16 lbs in the boat... LOL

I know, the ones I caught were only 2 or 3 lbs, but all fishermen know the ones you loose were over 5, and mostly around 8!!!

OK, so why did you have to argue so much about my measly four pounder and then put it on a scale and prove that it was only 2.2 pounds ROFLMAO.

    Ha Ha....

The only fish that are a given big fish are the ones we fishermen miss. The ones we catch are subject to verification... LMAO

Hey, maybe your fish would have weighed more if I hadn't weighed it while it was still in the water!

Can't wait 'till next time. I just hope the fish are more cooperative.
