So Dave, just how bad or how hard did this cold snap hit the fish?

My first guess is that so far, it would not be too bad, but tomorrow as the high pressure builds in, it could change.

So, am I close? Has the fishing been good today?

Just wondering how my accurate my thought process is?

I was not fishing the shallow fish today...I was running ledges for a tourney prep for the BASS Elite tourney in June today. I would suspect that the shallow fish were ok today with all the cloud cover and we still had cells moving thru and barometer up and down all day but in the same respect they pulled the lake down 6 inches late last night and early this morning (at least according to the tva site...but on the tva site it also said they were only pulling about 26000 around 10:00 oclock this morning and I can tell you for a fact that was way off....because we were fishing a river ledge on the north end and the current was very strong...barely kept bottom with a one ounce sinker and I know that spot well enough to know that does not happen unless they were pulling well over 50,000 cfs, of course the numbers they put are an average per hour and I was not there for more than 20 minutes) I will know more when my daily reports come in this evening. I would expect tomorrow to be a little tough with the drop in water, blue skys and flat water. Friday should be a little better and they should really be on by the weekend.
