Water temp early was 63 went up to 68 in places. If you are night fishing BE CAREFUL.. at one point today there was trash, floating debris and logs all the way across the mouth of Skaggs Creek where it runs into the lake. As well as other areas of the lake.
Bass were slow, Crappie Slow, Hybrids slow.. fish seemed to be in the middle of the lake. No fish shallow in the creeks... bizarre. A few scattered clouds of bait fish in the middle of the creeks around some cover, the bait fish just did not seem to be in the backs of the creeks where water was in the high 60's..
Stranger still the BIG fish were deep in 15 feet of water in colder water.. 63 degrees at 10 feet.
REALLY weird day on the water.
