locking through on the Kentucky river

Can you lock through the first lock on the Kentucky River (from the Ohio), and if so, how long does it take?

To my knowledge you can lock thru #1, 2 and 3 but on weekends only and I think only during certain warm weather months.

It takes about 30 minutes to lock thru at the most.
