She's right and she's not being negative. Equal protection under the law. Is it OK with you for illegal aliens to sneak across the border and work because they are hungry, starving and brutalized at home? What if they have jobs at home and are in cahoots with the local sheriff but just like the better pay up here? Is it OK then? Is it OK at all? No it's not.

It's silly to try and make an apples to apples comparison, get real. Yes people can pick and choose, some are worse than others. That's why there are different penalties for different offenses. For example there is not a person on this board that hasn't broken the posted speed limit at one time or another. Don't know about you fishrgurl, you may be that person doing 55 in the fast lane just aggravate.

In my mind (and most other rational people's) cheating in an attempt to steal money is a lot worse than cutting and pasting a news report from a web site.

If someone steals $100 out of your wallet would you feel they were equal to someone who passed you on the freeway doing 9mph over the limit, or someone who cut and pasted out of a news report?

Go ahead and say you'd feel the same about either lawbreaker, I dare you.

I break the law all the time I never drive speed limit. I mostly never wear my seat belt. I tear off the tags on my mattresses, I also sometimes go in the out at the grocery. However I am not a thief whether by stealing or deception. If my intent was to post the article for profit then it would be stealing. our society intends to color coat your crimes as to how bad and this wont get the color it deserves. If you are religious folk a sin doesnt get color coated one is as bad as the other but that is not the case with our laws
Maybe we all should show up at the court house an hour before and have a rally in all our Tment gear just to add some shame to what he did and maybe the judge wont plea it out.

According to another website, these same fellas won a tourney last weekend and came in 4th in a tournament the weekend before that. I REALLY REALLY want to see the video of them loading up those fish. Also, if convicted, these guys' pictures should be plastered on the walls at every marina in Kentucky.
