No thats the whole problem. Im stuck working in downtown Houston for the next couple of weeks (and weekends). I wish I was here to fish....

Larry Nixion probably didn't know that much about Cumberland but Rusty know's how the Big C can be this time of year. Who is to say they even saw the log as it could have been one of those water logged sub-floaters just under the surface. It could happen to anybody regardless of how fast you are going. Given the shape the lake is in I would think it would be difficult to run 50 miles through all that trash and not hit something. I really feel bad for all those guys who tore up all their stuff, which sounds like a lot of them. Hopefully, nobody got hurt.
