Ok, Ok, I know this is really the first spring I've gotten to fish. I've always been way too busy to actually fish during this time, but this year, I've had many opportunities.

The fishing has been great. With the exception of a day or two of post frontal conditions, have made this a banner spring. I've already had fish over 5 and over 6 on at least two trips.

I think it's the lakes you've been fishing though. Mine have come from Barkley and KY lakes.

My reccomendations are to come down to the west next spring!!! Or now... all the fish we got on Wednesday were either post spawn, or very, very early pre-spawn. I'm betting on post myself. We found nothing but dinks up shallow.
