Actually, what they said was that they were going to 'control' the rise so that it wouldn't be so dramatic as in years past.

And that it would be at normal summer pool, which is 723....

You are correct however it is slightly over summer right now and still coming up. Let a big two or three inch rain hit down there over a wide area and see what happens.
