chartruse dynamite... I have had sucess deep cranking or carolina rigging the main river channel. Jigs are also very successful both flipping cover and swimming the ledges.
which end of the lake seems to be more productive?
I've had success toward chowning lane
lol
just messing with you archer. I've no success anywhere on taylorsville. I too would like a little advice to point me in the right direction.
ttt
Its a very tough lake. I fish it seceral times a week and still struggle at times. My best advice for catching a limit is to pull off the banks and fish the dropoffs and flats. The bank and obvious cover get pounded too hard to produce many bites. Don't always trust the TNT. While many of these guys are friends of mine and excellent fisherman, some of the jerks out there are not above cheating. Just my opinion. Good luck
Thanks for the advise. I think im giving up on that tnt tourney. It just seems fishy that nobody catches fish and one catches a limit.
Don't get me wrong. There are some awesome fisherman in the TNT. I fish it occasionally. All I'm saying is that whenever you get that much money on the line some people get greedy. Overall they are a great bunch of guys. As I said that lake is really tough. Patterns change constantly and nothing works consistently. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
