If you bought a State Ramp Pass this year

Hye Folks,

I spoke with a guy this past weekend that said he had purchased a state ramp pass and as we all know they cancelled that. He told me that Friday in the mail he recieved a letter and a gift card for the $30.00 or whatever the cost was for that pass. I guess we can all watch the mail now.
