I got a gift card from the state last week for my state ramp pass sticker. Has anyone else got a card yet?

I did not buy a State Park pass because I do not use there ramp very often...but I did use the state park ramp at Dale Hollow 3-4 times last winter. I filled out all the info on the envolope and put it in the box. Are they going to refund money to the people that paid a daily use fee or just the people that purchased a yearly pass.
