I don't know for sure about the night bite, but I would agree with ChefDave that the water at Nolin right now is more clear than usual. It has color up around Dog & Wax but not as much as usual in my opinion...as you get towards Ponderosa, it is more clear than I've seen it in my 5 years on the lake. I think this is mostly due to the slow and steady rise of the lake this year. Not once has the lake actually had to be dropped quickly after a big rain this year. THe lake is still 2.5 feet below pool and only rising approximately 2 inches per day.

On another note, I'd think that should have made for an excellent spawn this year. Thoughts?
