help getting shad on lake cumberland

anyone know if the shad are in the head of the creeks now?
going down tomorrow want to try and castnet some shad for catfishing.
any help appreciated

the shad are out at night under lights. be hard to catch any during daylight hours. I will be on alligator 2 catshcing shad to striper fish you are mor than welcome to come look me up tonight if you are there slip 260

I will be fishing Faubush creek this weekend
hoping the big blue gill are on there beds and cat fish as well

yeah the shad are running the banks hard at night right nos around 11:00-4am. the striper alway follow. as far as the cats im not sure i dont fish much for them other thatn trot lines occasionally. the bluegill should be hitting as the usually are this time of year. good luck to you
