refund for my state parking pass

I got mine in the mail yesterday with a letter telling me why i got a refund, fine but that doesnt tell me when if any improvments would made to any ramps i.e. BARREN STATE PARK,you cannot launch a boat by yourself at these ramp,WWW.PARKS.KY.GOV -please e-mail as i have and ask them where the money is for the past 2 years launch fee -mike cecil

Why can't you load and unload a boat at Barren, I just watched a guy do it last weekend

Are they not chargeing anymore to put in at the State ramps? Why did you get a refund ?

Yes, they voted out the launch fee. I got my refund this week too, a gift card to KY State Parks for the price of the year pass. Just hope the ramps and docks don't go to $h!t.

Of course you can launch by yourself but were are you going to tie it up?My point is without the three dollars fee we stand for no chance of improvments and no up kept,we let big money vote out something and didn't give us a chance to have any say.Thanks western ky

YES THATS RIGHT,HOUSE BILL #623 STATES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY WE HAVE STOPPED CHARGING ALL BOAT LAUNCH FEES,FOR DAILY LAUNCHES AND FOR ANNUAL PASSES.I HOPE WE DON'T REGRET THIS.MY LETTER WAS DATED MAY 10TH.
