night bite on nolin or rough?

i was just wondering if anyone has done any night fishing for either crappie or bass on nolin or rough and how the bite was. i'm going to try both this weekend. any info would appreciated.

I asked the same question earlier this week. I am headed to Nolin Sat. and was thinking of trying saturday night. I would think it would be ok considering the spawn seems to almost over. I plan to try some topwater, spinnerbaits and c-rigs. how about you?

I'm heading down tomorrow and am going to try and catch some bluegill Sat. I'll probably throw the same things for bass as you. Good luck this weekend.

well i'm thinking about throwing some spinners and hard jerkbaits. last i heard the shad were spawning so i'm thinking that should work. never tried it at night though but i've heard it's a great bait to use, the jerkbait i mean. that report was from early in the week. after the rains the last 2 night the lakes gone up 2.5 ft in 2 days so be careful i'm sure there will be trash everywhere.
