I just had to tell someone. 5 months and 60 pounds later, I am finally shipping to Basic Combat Training at Ft. Jackson, SC. I leave tomorrow. You guys helped me a lot with fishing and I thank you all for it. Wish me luck!

Anyone that has the abiity to lose 60 lbs in 5 months will have no problem getting thru boot camp....it would not surprise me to find out that you excelled there. Good luck soldier!!

I respect what you are doing! The trainning will be very tough, and I'm sure there will be times you won't feel like going on.

But, this trainning will teach you and mold you so you'll be ready for anything the future has in store for you. Keep your chin up and ask GOD for strength. He will help you threw the tough times!
