I would think it would be similar to a "strobe light" effect ....... now you see it, now you don't, see it, don't, see it, don't, etc. With the light making the line "shine", then the black spot making the line "disappear", then the line coming back into the light (shining again) ..... that would be the only effect I can think of. And, yes ... that could be a disturbing "light show", for a intent line watcher !! ... cp
