I have 2 full moonlites corless models and love them I like the nucli-eye but 250 dollars to see my line can,t do it now if there cheaper nucli-atom were cordless they would have a winner.I have both and the Nucli Eye is a much better choice. The blue light on it adjusts with two settings and doesn't scare fish like a white light can. The blue light doesn't draw as many bugs and its easy on the night vision. More definition to the trees and rocks with the blue also. The light is smaller, more rugged, with a better cord and its waterproof. They have a cordless one also if you have the old sloan jacks. One light is fine for two guys to fish from while the Moonlite isn't unless you stay close together. It's $100 more but definatly worth it.
I've got one full moon, and its great. I will be getting another. If my boat was not 20 years old I would be getting the black light system that goes in the rub rail, it looks like a neat system.
they told me at the bass shop that moonlite has a new model half moon that has 2 uv and 1 green for $109.
For those folks who have contacted me offering advise. Thanks, but this was an old post from 2006, lol. I have two Moonlite LED Blacklights and I like em just fine. Thanks!
I thought there for a minute someone had taken over my account, because I have not posted anything in a while. Everything seems to be fine. Thanks!
I have two nuclei atoms, they are the same as the nuclei extreems without the blue diodes. I special ordered them with a 6" cord and 90 degree rca jack. They work perfectly with one on each side of my ZX 202 Skeeter. $149 each. I haven't seen another led put out more light.
