Barren this weekend

Bass fishin on barren this weekend. Any pointers? I am tired of catching little fish. I feel like going lunker hunting this weekend. So where on this lake is a good spot for lunkers and for the smallies. I have never caught a smallie on a lake before, only fishing creeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have fished barren twice this year and havent had much luck with cathing smallies or any bucketmouths over 1.5 lbs or so.

I dont do much bass fishin on barren. Mainly hybrid fishin. I have fished Barren once for largemouths and had no luck. Maybe a couple of 1 pounders and that was it.

Find some brush near a good channel drop and you will find the fish. Good Luck, Drew.
