The native fish do not have the same shoals that they spawned on with flowing water in laurel lake as well as wood creek, Yes they may do well in those lakes if there is a continued stocking effort from the fish from the rockcastle river, if that happens now or it ever did it would be intresting. If the non native erie strain were stocked in laurel or wood creek they will not spawn ever to sustain a population of walleye in either lake,tell me If I am wrong.
