If you like to night fish, try Barren. Go out of the Peninsula ramp/marina and work the left hand bank towards the Hog Back. Around 10:30 lake time, the bait will come up in the shallows and the hybrids will be about 30 minutes behind. Start with your standard topwaters and listen for the "pops" like you would for the stripes at C-land. If the fish are not hitting top, back off and try cranks down to 8'. My usual fishing partner does not like livebait or trolling but they would probably be effective too. The lights around the dam are also good, but they draw a big crowd of boats and shore fishers. I'm sure there are other places as well, but these two areas are pretty reliable. Good luck.

Report I got today said that they are jumping EARLY and LATE.. near the big ramp near the dam. Possum Ridge? I think..
Lots of good fish 3 to 5 pounds.
