If we're talking about the same situation, it's probably worse than you heard. I was blown away when they called me and told me what happened, I had just left the day it happened.

As far as your trailer problems, the dealer you talking about down in Paducah are pretty good guys if you give them a chance. Tony at Sportsman Edge brought several of his employees up to our store and shows numerous times to train and I think if you give them a fair shot they'll be able to help you.
