hey big wormy email me at [email protected]. I havent been up there in a month but the summer patterns and places usually apply this time of year, may trade some future info on yatesville :)
you have mail!!
I live and fish in this area. The river is not in good condition.
The upper end is up 8' and cresting higher with big trees and a lot of trash. Given this, I'd stay near the lower end where it doesn't fluctuate as much. Fish from the smaller spawning areas are now out on the main river. Deeper creeks still holding fish.
Has been taking a limit around 8 lbs to win lately. Good luck.
BTW:Could I catch some good Yatesville fish on a drop shot, say
in 15-20 feet? Later.
i fished a 2 night tourney on yatesville about 3 years ago and the boys that won fished dropshot all night!!!
thanks for all your help.
