    Stoner Creek

    Any one know if the duck weed is washed out with the recent rains. I am off work for a few weeks and would like to go with gas prices would be nice to know before I take off. Thank You

    The duckweed is still there, even worse today. Looks almost as if you could walk from one side to the other.
    Stoner.
    You might try Frymans end of the creek not sure what it looks like.

As dry as it was, some of those first rains yesterday probably soaked up...the 8am guage reading in the morning should paint a better picture.

    After my last trip over there, I like the moss cover. I know what to do with it now. ;)

    I've got a night fishing trip planned Friday for somewhere else, but I may end up at ole Stoner at some point this weekend.

    Thanks for all the info may spend some gas money and hit the creek. That creek is a great fishing hole my favorite place in the summer. Stays cool with all the tree cover love to take my Dad.

    can't answer your, but i would think the curent would be to strong for a couple of days. im heading that way saturday and maybe sunday, It's got to be much better than it was last saturday.....Happy huntin
