It was also good to see the Fish & Wildlife officer out checking licenses and live wells for the first time this year (at least that I've seen).

Fished Cedar Creek from 5p-9p sunday. water temp in the 80-81 range with mild (usual) stain on water. 3 of us caught and released ~25 bass. 4.25 and 4.5 were the biggest and several in the 12-15 in range. what a great 4 hr trip! the guys i was fishing with are new to bass fishing and this was a great trip for them. lake was busy until about 6pm and folks started thinning out of the lake (and the beach). all in all another great trip to cedar creek.

Wow this is a cool forum. My name is Joe nice to meet everyone here. Just curious how you were catching those at cedar creek. I've been down there a few times and all I can catch is small fish. I've caught probably 25 bass in a day but never anything over 2lbs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
