The Southern Ky Bassmasters are holding our 25th annual Big Bass Classic tournament to benefit the American Heart Association Saturday July 15, 2006 on Barren River Reservoir at the PENINSULA boat ramp. We've donated almost $80,000 over the years to the Amercian Heart Association! Register via mail in entry(instructions are on the entry form), at Ranger Bob's Store in person, or at the ramp. The starting order is determined by order entries are received and low boat numbers are still available. Hours are 6:00pm Saturday July 15, 2006 to 2:00am Sunday July 16, 2006.
This is a big fish tournament, so start to finish you're always only one cast away from a nice check(or checks as the case may be), and you get a shot at the random drawing too. Entry fee is $50 per angler, and payback as follows:
Biggest black bass each hour between 7:00pm and 2:00am pays $500
Biggest black bass of the tournament pays another $500
The following cash prizes will be given away in a random draw from tournament entrants who have not won another cash prize:
First name drawn $500
Second name drawn $200
Next 8 names drawn will receive $100
*Must be present to win a random prize.
**Payback is based on a field of 175 anglers
