I always thought the BFL Wildcard was kept as a big secret, but back in 1997, I fished one on the Arkansas river at Pine Bluff. I think it was in late Oct. or early Nov. I talked to a guy who said he had made reservations back in April. Said he knew all along it was going to be at Pine Bluff---LOL!!! So much for the big secret. Haven't fished one since. guess it all in who you know????
