This is only the 5th fall that I have lived on KY Lake, so my depth of experience is not so great, butt, I have not seen the lake this low, ever. Not even in the dead of winter.

TVA has to let out a minimum amount of water to keep the Tennessee River flowing, and since there has been no rain since the last hurricane blew through, there is no water to replace what is being let out.
