I am probable fishing rough this weekend. Do I need to pick up an entry form at Tom and Als? Or do we pay at the ramp the morning of the tournament.

You can pay before or at the ramp first day of the tournament.
Entry forms are at Tom & Al's or here at the motel Pine Tree Inn.
