Dale Hollow trip

I am planning on going to Dale this weekend. I have never been there and was hoping to get some advice. I be coming from the Danville area. Where is the best place to put in? Where is a good place to go to catch a big smallie? What kind of baits should I use? Is there good numbers of crappie there? Wheres a good place to stay? As you can see Im pretty much in the dark. Any help will be appreciated.

topwater and spinnerbaits around grass have been good as long as
the bluebird skies are gone.id go to the state ramp across from trooper island we've been doing good in that area.
