Why did he have to kill it? Can you just intentionally kill a deer like that even if you do not have a hunting license?

He had his deer hunting back pack in the shop went to the house for a minute and left the door open. The only thing we could figure is that the little buck smelled the doe scent he was using. They tried for over two hours to get the thing out back thru the door it came in. When they get spooked like that in a tight space they go crazy. They left it alone with the door open, every time it would bump into something it would go crazy and tear up all kinds of things and hurt itself. Then they tried to drive it out like you would cattle the little buck would really go crazy try to charge them and everything else. They finally had to kill it. I would think if a deer thought he was fighting another buck and crashed thru a window there is no way you are going to get him back thru that window. Kind of like a bird in the house, you have to catch them and release them out side they will not fly back out the same door.

I forgot to tell you he had just built the shop a few months earlier. Within a couple of weeks after all of this happened he put in the two garage doors he had not gotten time to put in yet.
