Manchester Islands - Ohio River

Can anyone give a report on this area of the river? Water clarity, Water levels?

I havent been on the river in a while but from the bridge it is low in some spots and low in the rest of the river, and its clear, and did i mention its low. crappie are biting minnows good in the creeks down around maysville but I havent heard any reports on bass

Thanks a bunch. I'll either report from the Ohio River or Stoner when we get back. Decisions, decisions. Which ever we choose we should have gone to the other place.
