www.kybassfed.com is the Kentucky Bass Federation web site. There should be a list of Federation sanctioned clubs in your area on there.

One big advantage a Federation club has is the insurance you get automatically as part of the $25 a year KBF dues. You get a million dollar liabilty policy that covers you for every club event. Kind of nice to have these days when some folks'll sue for looking at them crossways.
